Refund and Return Policy

At Toy Triver, our top priority is customer satisfaction. While we do our utmost to ensure all our customers receive their items on time, occasionally factors beyond our control, such as peak seasons or delivery strikes, can cause delivery delays.

Each purchase you make is safeguarded by our customer assurance and Refund and Return Policy. If your item isn't received within the specified timeframe in our Refund Policy, we promise a full refund.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided, you may not be eligible for a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped out, we will, unfortunately, be unable to cancel the order.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Return Policy

Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product(s). Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.

1. Please get in touch with our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product

2. We'll review the claim and may request further information.

3. If approved, we'll refund or resend the item. You may also be asked to return the product in original condition.

4. We only accepts unused items with all tags or labels still attached. 

Refunds for Non-Delivery of Items

Items not received within 60 days from the order date are eligible for a refund. If you have not received your items within 60 days, please contact us for a refund.

1. We will issue a full refund for items if:

  • You have not received your item 60 days after the order date; 
  • The tracking for your items indicates that they have not been delivered.

2. For items shipped to other countries, we will issue a full refund if:

  • You have not received your item 60 days after the order date; and
  • The tracking for your items indicates they have not been delivered.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

In rare instances where your item is damaged or significantly not as described, we require further evidence to process a refund. This includes photos or other evidence to verify the condition of the item. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if there are any issues with your item.
